These offices offer services against fixed fees, but may not examine or audit accounts.

 

Requirements:

 

1.      An entrepreneur compulsory required Accounting degree or related field, and it’s should be attested by their home country and MOFA – Dubai.

2.       Passport and Visit visa copies, in case the partner working another company in UAE, Require NOC letter.

3.       Select the local sponsor as an Agent

4.      Trade name reservation ( DED)

5.      Initial approval  ( DED)

6.      .Local service agent agreement typing and Notarized by Dubai court

7.      Office  space Agreement/ Ejari

8.      Submit to the all Documents to DED, then DED will issue the Payment voucher, you can pay that amount and receive the license.

 

After getting the license, Next step is immigration Card, labor file, and Visa for Partners and employees.
