If you want to Setup Cafeteria Business in Dubai Mainland, here is the procedure





 if you are planning to open a cafeteria in Dubai is to obtain food and trade licenses.
Food license will be obtained from the Food and Safety Department.
 Trade license will be obtained from the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing in Dubai.

Steps:
1.       Strong Plan for Business & Marketing
2.       Location
3.       Local Service Agent
4.       Trade Name Reservation (DED)
5.       Initial approval
6.       Follow the guidelines provided by the Food and Safety Department while constructing the cafeteria in Dubai
7.       In case you are renting a commercial space to open cafe in Dubai, select a place as per the Food and Safety Department
8.       Get the Tenancy Contract & Ejari
9.       Apply for a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Food Safety Department and an approval from the Dubai Municipality
10. Type the Local service agent agreement and notarize by the court.

Documents Required
1.       Partners passport and visit visa copies, if partners working another company, required NOC letter.
2.       Local Service Agent Passport and Emirates ID copies
3.       Blue print of the Cafeteria (Layout the Premises) Approval from the planning department, if the Cafeteria is to be located outside a shopping center
Requirements for Cafeteria License Approval:

1.       Space for food processing and storage
2.       Sanitary spaces
3.       Windows and ventilation system
4.       Location of the kitchen equipment
5.       Entry and Exit Passages
6.       Location of washer and other cleaning equipments

Food Safety Requirements to Open a Cafeteria in Dubai
To ensure food safety, the cafeteria must obtain licenses such as:
·         Food consignment release license
·         Pork permits for handling and serving pork products
·         Vehicle permit for transporting food products
