If you are planning to Start Food Stuff Trading Business in Dubai Mainland, here is the Procedure
Steps:
1. Trade Name Reservation (DED)
2. Initial Approval (DED)
3. Rent an office/ warehouse, get the tenancy contract along with the
Ejari
4. Get Dubai Municipality Approval –( Food Control
Department)
5. Sign the Memorandum of Association (MOA) from Dubai notary public.
6. Submit All documents to Dubai Economic Development Department
(DED), Then DED will issue the Payment voucher, Pay the Payment and get the
License.
Documents Required
1. Passport and Visit Visa copies of Shareholders,
if the shareholders coming from ON ARRIVAL Visa require UID Number. (UID Number
can take from Arabian center, Mirdiff).
2. UAE Local Sponsor Passport, and Emirates ID
