Golden Visa (10 Years) Investor Visa Requirements in Dubai

 




Requirement

Investors in public investments of at least AED 10 million

Ø  A deposit of at least AED 10 million in an investment fund inside the country

Ø  Establishing a company in the UAE with a capital of not less than AED 10 million

Ø  Partnering in an existing or a new company with a share value of not less than AED10 million

Ø  Having a total investment of not less than AED 10 million in all areas mentioned, on condition that the investment in sectors other than real estate is not less than 60 per cent of the total investment. 

Conditions

Granting a visa is subject to the following conditions

                     The amount invested must not be loaned

                     The investment should be retained for at least three years

                     There should be a financial solvency up to AED 10 million

 Visa can be extended to include business partners, on the condition that each partner contributes AED 10 million.

 The long-term visa can include the spouse and children

 Investors from abroad may apply for a multiple-entry permit for a six-month period.

Procedure

       Audit report required, it must shows the  not less than 10 million Capital

       Trade license copy with Partners page

       Immigration card copy

 

v  Visit the Head of the Immigration Department, Jafiliya and meet the Golden visa section. The Immigration Officer verify your documents and gives the approval, he can write the approval on your Trade License.

v  After getting the approval the investor need to go Medical fitness Center, and get the Medical fitness certificate.

v  After that Visit the Amer center, and apply for his old residence cancellation.

v  After receiving the Cancellation paper, typing the 10 Years Emirates ID applications.

v  Then apply for 10 years residence stamping from Amer center.( Old visa cancellation documents,  Emirates ID Application form, Health Insurance  documents , Original Passport and  Previous original Emirates ID is required)

v  Print the application and visit the Head of the Immigration, Jafiliya, and Golden visa section for Security approval.

v  After getting security approval, Immigration gives 10years residence approval.

v  After Getting the Residence visa Approval Message, invertors or the Company PRO visit the Immigration office and get the visa stamp on the Passport.
