How to open Fruits and Vegetable Trading Business in Dubai?

Fruits & Vegetable trading business is very profitable in Dubai mainland



If you want setup this business, see the below requirements.

1.     Select the location (Location is very important for grow up your business)

2.     Select the local sponsor ( Local sponsor is 51 % and partners 49% for commercial License, if you want start same business 100% of your owner ship , select the professional or Sole establishment , then appoint UAE sponsor as an agent )

3.     Passport, and visit visa copies of partners

4.      If the partner working as an employee in another company, NOC is required for that company.

5.     Local sponsor Passport and Emirates ID copies required.

6.     Select the Trade name

7.     Type the Licensing and registration form and sign by partner and sponsor

8.     Get the initial approval

9.     Get the External approval, if Economic Department required.

10   Type the Memorandum and it’s attested by Dubai court, and then submit       to the DED.

11.  DED will generate the Payment voucher, pay the require payment then     DED issue the License.

12.  After getting the license you can start the business.
